Who runs this site

This site is run by Nagy Andras, operating as @iamcynex, based in Romania. For anything on this page, write to iamcynexcontact@gmail.com.

What this site collects

Nothing. This is a single static page. It has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no login and no shop, so there is nothing for you to type in and nothing for me to store.

No cookies. The site sets none, which is why you see no cookie banner.
No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no pixel and no tracker of any kind.
No third-party requests. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, so your browser does not contact any other company while the page loads.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by RomArg (romarg.ro), in Romania. Like every web host, it records technical information each time a page is served: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This is used to keep the site running and to defend it against attacks and abuse. Under the GDPR, the legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own policy and are not used to profile you or build a picture of who you are.

Links to social platforms

The site links out to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Nothing from those platforms is embedded here, so they learn nothing about you unless you click through. Once you do, you are on their service and their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Because this site stores nothing itself, a request will usually concern the hosting provider's server logs. Write to iamcynexcontact@gmail.com and it will be handled within one month.

If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
